Return PolicyYou may return any item you are dissatisfied with within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if your're not satisfied with whatever you purchase from us, that you can return it and get your money back. Backorder PolicyOur purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchased is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.
Shipping PoliciesMost items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. The cost for shipping and handling is based upon your total order amount (before taxes, if applicable). Use the table below as a reference for calculating shipping and handling charges within the 48 contiguous United States. We are sorry but we do not accept orders for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses and international addresses at this time. Oversize items may be subject to additional shipping charges. Currently, all our suppliers only ship within the United States. Order Amount Shipping If you would like expedited shipping, please contact us for a shipping quote. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, excluding holidays). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Damaged Goods PolicyPlease contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
